A hinge jig can be extremely valuable especially to people that are working with doors and cabinets on a daily basis.

A small to carry jig was all i wanted. This economical easy to use jig ensures accurate hinge alignment so you can install doors that fit great and work well. Make cabinet door installation easy. So this jig is consisted by two parts.

Mark the placement of all hinges making sure to factor in the 1 8 gap that will be between the door and top of the door frame. But in a classroom situation a little bit of set up pays big dividends. Plus the concealed hinge jig works with an ordinary drill and the included carbide tipped. Get drill press accuracy with any hand drill.

Mark correct placement of all hinges needs to match up with the ones on the door then using the mortising template route the mortises on the door frame. Simple mortising jig for door hinges. The wooden part that is attached on the cabinet door with a clamp and acts as a guide for bit and the hinge boring bit that has to be modified so it can have a depth stop.
